Lory Lejeune, a graduate of the École Provinciale d’Hôtellerie de Namur, has worked in several gourmet establishments, as well as with the renowned caterer Goosse.
With his chef Loic Pelzer, they offers a bistronomic menu focused on homemade dishes highlighting local products.
They aim to offer you a selection of current products each season, sourced with care from our local partners.
It is above all a passion, intoxicating, all-consuming and pleasant. A passion that makes them want to explore local recipes, forgotten flavours, which will transport you to original pairings to better take you along their journey… This passion – and it’s a matter of taste – they share it with you in their restaurant with the greatest pleasure.
